This package will help you take a laser-focused look at how to integrate your life and what your body needs so you focus on the exercises that will reduce your pain, relieve your stress, and give you back your body confidence to make your comeback.
This short-term package includes 2 sessions: The first, to evaluate where you are and what goals and intentions would help you most to create the behavior change with the biggest impact. The second to give you a recorded workout that’s tailor-made for you to recover your strength.

A health and lifestyle assessment to help you integrate the right exercises and goals in the right dose for your needs. We’ll use this info during your first coaching and assessment call.
During your initial 60 minute session we will run through a movement evaluation so you can get very specific about what exercises will help you set intentions to move beyond the roadblocks that are keeping you stuck.
A customized fitness program that I teach you online in a 45minute session that’s recorded so you can complete it with confidence at home or in your gym of choice.
