Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 medium-sized banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (with the cream from a can)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (we like Sun Warrior Vegan Vanilla)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed ice

This is a great alternative to eating pie this year.  You can get your yummy pie taste without all the added sugar!
