Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 medium-sized banana
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (with the cream from a can)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (we like Sun Warrior Vegan Vanilla)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed ice
This is a great alternative to eating pie this year. You can get your yummy pie taste without all the added sugar!
