Bob and Nancy doing a bent over row this morning. They are such wonderful people and have been having great results lately. Bob is steadily losing weight while maintaining mobility and managing pain in his arthritic shoulder. Nancy continues to thrive post knee surgery. Restoration Fitness has the best clients! We had a great, full class on Monday afternoon! Here's everybody doing a single leg hamstring stretch with a band behind them to help maintain a nice, flat back during the warmup. Fitness Fire classes are always a fun time... not to mention an awesome workout!
